Return and Refund Policy

At Prime Wall Art UK, each item is printed to order especially for you. Because of this, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@primewallartuk.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 14 days and we'll correct it at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or fulfilment error.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
